Effluent Treatment Plant

Effluents are generated in any industrial process and contain various materials which could be organic or in organic pollutants. Industrial wastewater has to goes through several processes before treated effluent water goes into the environment and which is done in two stages;

• In the Primary stage, large sized contaminants are removed by Clarifiers or Flocculators.
• During the Secondary stage treatment, the suspended solids and residual organics are removed using methods such as activated sludge process, aeration, trickling filters etc.
