Industrial Air Pollution Control Solutions
Emissions from different industrial sectors are characterized by a wide range of
pollutants, depending on the industrial sector and the type of technology used.
Industrial Air pollutants can be divided into two main groups—particulate and
gaseous. The former group includes solid airborne particulates such as dust, fly ash,
smoke, soot, and fumes. Gaseous pollutants include oxides of sulfur, and oxides of
nitrogen.
The main industrial processes that emit pollutants are the combustion of fuels and
production processes that do not involve combustion but emit air pollutants.
KARYASIDDHI has expertise in providing solutions for abatement of particulate
and gaseous emissions to major industries and help customers meet
environmental needs.
KARYASIDDHI offers solutions for both point source and non point source emissions
1) Point source emissions:
Emissions Channeled through a pipe such as a chimney stack or vent. For instance boiler soot emanating from the fuel such as coal,FO, Briquette or natural gas used in the Boiler plant.
2) Non-point source (diffuse or fugitive) emissions:
Emissions caused by direct contact between volatile substances or particulate matter into the environment. These emissions may originate from field sources (Storage tanks, Stock yards, storage areas etc) or leaks from equipment in the production line during charging, mixing and blending processes
KARYASIDDHI has expertise in providing solutions for abatement of particulate and gaseous emissions to major industries and help customers meet environmental needs and regulations.
